Answer to the guessing game

It has been a couple of weeks since I first posted this. This is a hair ring that can form around a bull penis. The hair can restrict a bull's ability to extend and must be removed. Congratulations to Brian Detty from Springfield Ohio on giving the correct answer. P.S. Brian had a leg up on everyone-he worked at the Genetic Connection bull stud for 2 years and had seen it before!
